Entry Policies:
- QR Code Requirements: All attendees must present their QR codes (printed or stored securely on their phones) for scanning at the entry point. QR codes are valid for one-time use only and cannot be reused for multiple entries.
- Unconfirmed Payments: Tickets will not be issued until payments are fully confirmed. If a bank delay occurs, customers may choose to pay via cash or card on-site. Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed once confirmed.

Behavior Expectations:
- Prohibited Behaviors: Vandalism, hooliganism, aggressive behavior, or any actions that threaten the safety and enjoyment of others or staff will not be tolerated. Violators will be escorted out of the venue and may be subject to legal action.
- Fraudulent Activity: Any attendee caught in a fraudulent situation, such as presenting counterfeit QR codes or access bracelets, will be removed from the premises.

Prohibited Items:
Outside food, drinks, or water are strictly prohibited inside the venue. All refreshments must be purchased from designated vendors within the event.

Entry decisions are at the sole discretion of security personnel and higher management. This includes assessing behavior, verifying QR codes, and determining eligibility for re-entry.

Bracelet Usage:
Event access bracelets are for single-use only and cannot be shared. Our systems track all entries and will identify unauthorized multiple entries.

Conduct During the Event:
Attendees must behave respectfully towards fellow concertgoers, staff, and performers. Violations of these guidelines will result in removal without refund.

Staff will be available throughout the venue to assist attendees and provide directions. Look out for clearly marked signs and help desks for any queries.
